My corporate background in Human Resources and in Management, coupled with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), has equipped me with the business acumen to be a successful REALTOR. And while you may say that an MBA is not a requirement to practice real estate, I strongly believe that the tools and knowledge that I have acquired in business school such as negotiating skills, research & statistics, finance, marketing, and problem-solving skills, have given me a competitive edge over my competition and has helped me to be of better service when working on your behalf. Look at it this way, you wouldn't hire a doctor to perform surgery on you if he/she didn't have a medical degree, or you wouldn't hire a lawyer to represent you if he/she didn't have a law degree, so why would you trust one of the most important and largest financial decisions you will ever make to an agent without a business degree?
